Today is a busy day and the day everything starts. This morning I've already had an EKG, and an ultrasound of my heart. This afternoon I will go into surgery for a center line, spinal tap, and then start my first chemo treatment. I'm a little scared and overwhelmed today.

Best of luck to you. We are all thinking and praying for you as you go through these new adventures. We loved seeing you yesterday. I was amazed at how Payton wanted to sit next to you (We all know how Payton is). You are a special boy! Stay strong.

I just heard the news and I am so extremely sorry for Trent. Your family has been through so much lately... HOWEVER, the Lord knows you and he knows Trent and the power of prayer is amazing!!! Our family has spent many a night in that hospital and we know it is not easy. But, all these people praying for Trent and your family will give you the strength to get through this. We love you all and wish you the very best!

Hey Trent,
This is Aunt Syd just checking in with you. I want to go to the hospital with Nate when he plays Guitar Hero with you. I am not quite as good as Nate but I jump up and down and kick my legs and play like a real guitar player (sounds funny huh...but I look real good!) No pictures or video cameras allowed though okay? I love you Trent. Tell your mom and dad that I love them too. I hope to see you sometime soon!

Jeff and Tiffany,
I am so sorry to hear about sweet Trent. I am sitting here thinking about what a cute little man Trent is. I am wondering if he still wears his cowboy boots everywhere he goes. Tiff, I know you all have been through so much lately. I wish I could say or do something to make this better for all of you. You are such an amazing person. The pictures of all of you are so cute. I can't wait to see you all in your new home. If there is anything I can do (even if its just one of our marathon phone conversations). Please know we are all praying for you and your whole family.

Trent-
Good luck with your first round of chemo! I hope you can still keep chugging the chocolate milk. Many people in the ward have asked what they can do, so we have told them to fast for you this Sunday. Tell your mommy to call me so that we can work on meals and babysitting for the rest of your family since they still have to eat:-).

Hey Trent and family,
I am Britain Bashore's mom. He was in your class. If you remember, Britain's little brother is sick with cancer too. He has ALL and so we know a bit about what you and your family are going through. The next few months are going to be hard and sometimes you will feel very sick. Our family is getting ready to go on the "Make a Wish" Disney Cruise. Because of your diagnosis you will get a wish too. The sky is the limit. Think of it when you are sad or discouraged. Your mom will be your new best friend over the next few months. The more you share with her, the more she will know how to help you. Trust Heavenly Father and remember he is one smart guy. He knows you and everything about you. He can make things not seem so bad. The Doctors at Primary's are the best. Trust them too. If you or your mom need anything at all you can ask us. Note to Mom and Dad: let people help you if they offer. Everyone wants to help and there is nothing for them to do except clean up, cook meals and pray. They need to feel like they are helping even if it is just a little. Call us if you want to talk to someone who has been where you all are.

I would love to have you come up and play the guitar game with Nate as long as you are not sick and wash hands! Tell everyone in your family hi and I love them. Chad, Kristin and Sonya,
Thank you so much for your concern. Life has been ripped out from under us and we are trying to make sense of it all. We know the Lord is in control and know what is best but still it is tearing our hearts out to see our little boy suffering so much! Thank you for writing and please keep praying for our Trent. He will fight and you will see him running around the neighborhood in the Spring. Sonya I will let you know if there is anything you can do we are just trying to get used to the idea of being in the hospital for the next 6 months. Thanks again.
Love Jeff and Tiff

Doug & Tami,
Thank you so much for coming up and seeing me! I had fun playing with Shua and Tyler on the game cube. Sorry you had to leave. Most of the nurses are very nice and will let many people in but o-well. The boys probably won't be able to come and visit me but if you will let them they can call and we can talk over the phone. Thanks for watching peanut.
Love Trent
Doug and Tami,
Thanks for taking Peanut. When I told Brad we would have to get rid of her he almost started to cry. So thank you for letting her stay with you for a while. Doug I know you do not want a pet look at the many blessings you will receive for watching our dog!! When you need more food or treats let us know and we will somehow get you money or the food for her. Thanks again,
Love Tiff
