I had a great day today. Dr. Barnette came in and told me I was doing great and everyday I go without a fever or any kind of sickness is great! So far so good! My nurses are very nice, I like to bribe them with white powdered donuts, they love it!! My red blood cells are doing good, my platelets are a little low but the Dr. said we would wait until I had another bloody nose and then he would do a platelet transfussion. They still don't know why I have a rash it comes and goes so they just give me some Benadryl for the itch. I am done with two of my chemo drugs and only have the ara-c chemo left. I am on day seven with only three days to go. Thank you all for fasting and praying for me I know that is why I am doing so good! Tonight DuCharm's came to visit and brought me a Nerf Blaster. I have so much energy I could not let a moment go without shooting my nurse's Kathy and Tara (I am getting them back for waking me up every two hours to pee). They took it like pro's and just laughed! Well keep writing thanks for everything.

Hey there... I hope this works this time! I wanted to let you know that Scott let Deanna & Jeff know what is going on and they want you to know as all of the rest of us do!! that you are in our prayers and if there is anything that we can do for you guys please let us know. Scott & Jeff are pretty handy around the house fixing up area... and like I told you the other night Tiff, if you don't think you have enough on your plate or want something else to occupy your mind I would Love to come and see you and Trent and help you brush up on your crocehting skills... haha :o)

Trent - You totally ROCK for making it so far through your first round of chemo so well! Must be all that chocolate milk ; )! And shoot your nurses an extra time for me...all night nurses need a little more spice in their shift, especially if they are so mean to their patients that they wake them up every two hours.

Sounds like you are having a little fun shooting your nurses. I think it would be funny to see you shoot them. On sunday I have to give the scripture in sharing time. I hate getting up in front of everyone and wish you were here to do it instead of me. I know you would do it so I didn't have to because you are a good friend. You belly dancing with a painted stomach sounds so funny!! It made me laugh when my mom read it to me. I hope you keep getting better every day!!

Yeh, I saw fireworks at the fourth of July. I kindof liked them. Did you know I was watching the same ones as you? We were at Rice Eccles Stadium.
I threw a ball to dunk a guy in the water at the game. It was so fun.

Those fireworks were awesome huh! Did you go to the show on the 4th and was it fun if you did. Who sang or performed there? Are you going boating this weekend? Guess what my mom finally let me watch Lord of the Rings. She finally gave in. I loved it, it was so awesome! Mom says she probably should not let me watch it but I convinced her all is well! I don't have narnia at the hospital only at home so I have not played in a while but I love the game have you beaten it? What other games do you like? Have a fun weekend.

Thanks again for the super cool transformer nerf gun. I have already have hours of fun with it. Mom saw it Friday morning and laughed and said it was so cool. Of course I'm nice to my patients. Night nurses are especially nice. They don't even mind being shot with nerf darts (most of the time). Sounds like your mom is learning a few nurse things. If she sticks around the hospital long enough they might put her to work!
My kids are really excited for their new baby sister to come. 3 1/2 weeks to go until my induction. I just put the almost last touches on the nursery today so I finally feel ready.
Keep up the fine spleen shrinking tricks.
