July 13th
Well it's Friday the 13th and all is well. Dr. Barnette came in to check me out and he said he could not feel my spleen (when I came to the hospital my spleen was huge cuz all the leukemia cells were in it) so that is great news the chemo is working!!!! My nerf gun is making this place a little more fun and exciting the nurses hide their heads when they come in my room! Today I had to get my central line dressing changed. The last time it hurt a lot but this time my mom was able to change it and it did not hurt very much (she said she has a special touch but it was really the special orange stuff she put on the tape that helped). She now is a pro and will change my dressing once a week. All who know her well know that this is a something she does not like to do but did it with flying colors!! I took a nap today I was so tired! Tommorrow I will probably have a platelit transfussion but we will see. Thanks again for all your prayers they are helping so much.

I'm so happy to hear that your treatments are working. It's very hard to see such a sweet little kid like yourself sick. I told the marines at camp williams that you were in the hospital and it made them very sad. They said they would pray for you and your family. I hope today goes as well as the last few. In my house Friday the 13th is a lucky day and it can be lucky for you, too. Take care and keep getting better. Love, Trisha

I'm home and it was so nice to hear ya today boss. I'll see ya tonight for our sleepover. Should I bring a movie? Most of mine are Girly, but I could stop by Hollywood video on the way up. I was star gazing tonight maybe we could check some out from your window. It will be like a date (don't tell Jim)( or Brad he'd be jelous)hee, hee, ha, ha!

I was so excited to get your note. I just made my mom go over to the bishop's house in her pajamas to get it before they left. Have your mom call when she has a chance and let us know when is a good time!! I am so excited I can't stop smiling!!

Jeff & Deanna are good. We went on the fam. reunion end of june. we were going to y. stone next weekend but not gonna happen.. maybe the ranch.. Yeah!!!... you let me know when ya wanna crochet i only have therapy weds. @11:30 wide open pretty much the rest of the time. glad to read Trent is doing so good. tell him to keep up the good work. does he share his nerf gun or is it his personal weapon of mass destruction!?

What's up man? I'm glad to hear your doing well and having fun. I'm also very pleased to hear about your Nerf-gun expertise. What a pro. I thought your reasons for payback were funny....you have to get the nurses back for waking you up every 2 hours to go pee. It made me laugh really hard.
Well my trip was fun....except for the fact that i left my suitcase at home!! (you'd think i was a women or something) All i had was the clothes on my back. Its a good thing there was a washer/dryer available.....but still, wearing the same clothes for 5 days made me sick.
I went golfing, had a water fight and a ping pong tournament. My mother beat me at ping-pong. She's pretty good, but don't tell anyone about that...its kinda embarassing. it was a fun trip, but i always like coming home.
I'd like to come up and visit you soon. but i was sick a few days ago, so i don't want to come up until i've been "un-sick" for a bit longer. Trent, i'm proud of you man! Have a good day!

I am glad you liked my picture. I hear you got it kind of late but I am glad the Bishop gave it to your Mom! The Bishop came to visit me and we had a fun time. I asked him to give me a blessing and guess what he did. He called it a comfort blessing it was very nice!! How did your scripture in sharing time go? I hope it went well. Guess what my Mom finally let me watch Lord of the Rings I can't stop smiling Brad is mad cuz I got to watch it when I was 7 and Mom made him wait until he was 9, and of course I keep reminding him of that! What are brothers for! Talk to you later.

I am just so glad you found out how to work this blog. I would have no idea how to do it if it wasn't for my brother Alan and Jeff! Why did you cancel your Yellowstone trip? I am pretty much wide open also? How does the 26th or 27th sound for crouchet? How much longer will you be in therapy? Trent is very good at sharing his weapon of mass destruction! I think that is the only reason Nate comes to the hospital is to play with it!! How is your Mom and Dad doing? And how is your dog do you still have it? See you soon

Hey I've missed your blog's. I am glad that you had fun at your reunion. Did you stay in a hotel or at family homes? I am sorry you left all your clothes at home that stinks! My Mom told me a story about Aunt Carol and Uncle Calvert. They went to the family reunion in Wyoming and Uncle Cal forgot to grab Aunt Carol's make up and hair stuff. So my mom went with her to the grocery store to buy all new stuff she was so mad at Uncle Calvert!! Any way I am glad you were able to wash your clothes if not you would have stunk like a skunk!! Are you going to the Wyoming reunion this weekend? Grandma and Grandpa are taking Brad & Nathan up so they can have fun! It sounds like you had a lot of fun things to do! The water fight sounds like the funnest! Did your mom start it? So now do you have to get back to working or with your own buisness can you work whenever? I hope you come soon but thank you for waiting till you know your better. My body has only a tiny little immune system left and soon that tiny bit will be gone, but come as soon as your better!
