December 11th: day +24

I did it. My ANC was 900 today. If my levels are over 500 tomorrow then the doctors will consider me as being grafted. Today the focus was to get me to take (and keep down) my medications. It has been okay so far, some progress and some work still. Well it looks like Brad is going to win the engraftment pool. The nurses have been "training" Mom and dad so that we can leave as soon as the doctors give the okay. Yesterday I was playing with some bath foam soap and tried to be Santa. Keep up the hope. Love, Trent.

Hey Trent! I feel kind of weird leaving a message on here since you don't know me, but I grew up with your mom. We were next door neighbors for a long time :) Anyway, I've been reading your blog for a while now, and I'm so happy for you! Wow...900!! That is great. I'll keep praying that you get to be home for Christmas. What a memorable year this will be huh?

Trent-
Yeah!!!! I will tell the kids when they wake up in the morning. This is such super news. We got snow on Saturday and yesterday too. The kids have been out sledding. Jer ties a sled to drag behind the back of the quad and off they go. When you get out of the hospital you will have to try it! Better yet you should come visit and we would be happy to take you for a ride :) We love you and pray for you often. Keep up that good work!!! You ROCK!! Tell Brad and Nato Hi for us and that they ROCK TOO!! Hug your mom and dad and keep us informed.

Erickson family,

That sounds so fun with the sledding! I would love to do that but I think my dad would be not happy about it!! Don't tell him and we will do it!!! I guess Jerel has healed from his accident on the quad! I love our 4 wheelers and hope soon I will be able to ride them again. I will tell Brad and Nate hi. Hope Christmas shopping is going well. Talk to you later.

Trent,

How lucky are you! First you get to meet the Jazz player's, second, you get to look like Santa, and finally, it sounds like you are going HOME! In Payton's words we would like to say HOORAY! (as he is throwing up his arms) We are soooo proud of you. You have come out of this hospital battle a new man ready to take on any other challenges being as strong as ever! We love you so much and we look up to you and your family more than you know. You are the greatest, and we will talk to you later.

Love,
Biscuit, Amber, Payton & Xoie

Hey Tiffany and Trent! Nate and family are doing great. They are livin' it up in California, and now thinks he can cut his own childrens' hair (look out!) My little one, is now TWO! It's crazy how does really does fly. I will definitely tell my mom and dad hello. They are *thinking* about moving further south towards Riverton or South Jordan, and my mom is the one who told me about this blog. I love reading the daily updates. Keep them coming! :) If you are ever bored, here is our blog: http://dannyandraelynn.blogspot.com
