February 2nd: day +77

Well I'm still home and doing good. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and nothing much is new. They raised the amount of fluid I get at night because my kidney levels are not that great. In fact they doubled the amount so when I wake up in the morning I really have to go to the bathroom. Mom was bored the other night and started to go through her journal. During the last seven months we spent 155 days in the hospital. That equates to 22 weeks. All I know is that I'm very happy to be home and do not want to spend another night in the hospital. The days are getting a little boring because my brother's are in school and I can't go anywhere. Thanks for the support. Love, Trent.

Dear Trent,

Sorry I don't email very much because I don't get on the computer a lot. But my mom checks your blog a lot and tells me how you're doing. I still pray for you a lot and I'm so glad you're doing better. I'm off track and I get bored sometimes too. My mom makes me help with my little brother a lot. He's one year old and gets into lots of trouble.

We used to have a little car but we got a new one this weekend. I'm so glad because in our little car I used to be squished between my two brothers in the back seat. My brother Ryan would pull my hair so I would lean the other way, but then my brother Ethan would push me back. It was squished to have three people in the back seat. That's what's going on with me.

On Sunday we came back from church and our car kept getting stuck in the snow and the neighbors that didn't see our new car yet helped us get out. We were lucky because we were only stuck around the corner from our house. Good thing we got unstuck! And after that Ethan and me went in our back yard and we made a fort and there's a special place to sled. But instead of sledding we went snow boarding. And there was like a little spot for sleeping, so when we got tired of snowboarding we slept for a long time in the snow. It was weird!

Well, that's all for now.

Love, Catie

HI Trent it as been awhile since we have written, but we do read your blog about every 2-3 days. We appreciate the updates and I am so glad to know that you are still home. Everytime I pass your house I think about you and your family and say a little pray. My kids say they are so sad that you are not in our ward anymore but hopefully they can see you soon.

Hey Trent,

I'm one of you Dad's friend. My family and I read your blog all the time. We are praying for you and glad to hear you are home and doing good.

My wife's dad, Paul Smart, just found out he has a type of leucemia. He has to start treatments soon. I should have him talk to you for pointers.

You take care and keep getting better! Tell you parents hi.

Love, Lance Fisher

Catie,

It's so good to hear from you. It sounds like you are having fun in the snow! What kind of car did you get. It's always fun to get a new car, or so people tell me. I know what you mean about sitting in a car and being between siblings. I sit by my brothers in the car but they don't pull my hair or anything so I guess I'm lucky. What are you doing off track? Are you ready for Valentines day. I am so excited to make my valentines for my class!! Well I will talk to you later!

Love Trent

Lance & Jen,

It was so good to hear from you!! Thanks for the Christmas card we could not believe how the girls have grown up it's crazy, they were so little the last time we saw you guys. Our hearts break to hear the news about your dad Jen. Your mom and dad are wonderful people and truly taught us many things the short time we got to know them. We will put your dad and your family in our prayers. Leukemia is not fun and as Trent says "it's of the devil" but your family will make it and learn many many lessons along the way. Tell your parents hi from us and we hope for the best!! It's a hard road but looking back we would not trade it for anything. Talk to you later.

Love Jeff, Tiff and family

Dear Trent,

Our new car is a minivan but it's not really a new car, it's one year old, but it's new to us!

Since I've been off track I've been doing swimming lessons and helping A LOT with my little brother Ryan.

My mom bought me some valentines, but we haven't put any names on them yet. I'm excited to go back on track because we're going to have a Valentines Day party.

Who's your teacher going to be when you go back to school? I hope I can see you soon!

From,

Catie
