July 13th: day +68

Well another week has gone by. It is moving slow but fast. Can hardly believe it has been more than a week since the fourth. Nothing is new. I'm still in the same holding pattern that I've been in. I sleep most of the day with pooping breaks. Lately I'm up all night pooping. My "output" has increased drastically which is not the direction we're supposed to moving. The doctors are going to try another dose of the Remicade today. Nothing has happened with the other two doses so hopefully the third is the charm. Love, Trent.

Trent,
What an amazing person you are to endure all of this! You are a great example and we are praying everyday that you will feel better.

We love you.

Dear Jeff & Family,
My name is Pam Drennan Brooks. I went to high school and middle school with Jeff. I asked Brooke Johnson on the Brighton High 20 year reunion website (brightonhighschool1988.ning.com) about Jeff and he told me about Trent and his blog. I feel like an eavesdropper, but I have been reading the blog for a few weeks now. I am so impressed with the possitive attitude you have and hope things will take a turn for the better for Trent. He seems like a really nice kid. That's what I would expect from one of Jeff's children. My husband and girls (we have 5) and I have been praying and fasting for Trent and for your family.
Sincerely,
Pam Drennan Brooks

Dear Trent,

I too feel like an Eavesdropper as I found your blog through a friend of my family. I don't know what let me to your blog, but I have been so inspired by your courage. You are amazing! I sat for 2 hours yesterday reading every post from your blog. Ironically I have been reading a book entitled, "A Time to Dance" from LDS author Anita Stansfield, I'm sure your mom has heard of her! In the book, there is a young boy who is battling with the same things you are going through. Your life, made this book real to me and I'm so blessed to have come across your blog. You have a strong spirit and I will continue to pray for you and your family as I keep a close eye on your progress! Prayers are being said in your behalf across the nation friend! Keep up the courage!

From North Carolina,
Erin
