Trent woke up this morning in a lot of pain. We upped his morphine and it helped. Since Saturday he has slept for the last 3 days with a few hours being awake. We think he may have an infection and it's taking it's toll on his body. Trent has fought hard we love him dearly, as a family we will never give up hope but ask at this time that prayers go out to make him comfortable. Trent is so loved and is a very strong special spirit, he has touched our lives and forever changed them. We are at peace and know without a doubt our Father in Heaven is in charge and has a plan. We will keep everyone posted. Thanks for everything.

I was so sad to hear that Trent passed away today. I was still hoping for a miracle. When I saw Nate's empty desk at the school today, I wondered. I have been checking Trent's blog faithfully for months and it has been such an inspiration to me. Thanks for sharing so much with all of us, most importantly your examples and your faith.
